Repeated behaviour of this kind may result in communicating only in writing, otherwise restricting future communications, or discharge from the practice. Behaviour that will not be tolerated includes: violence, throwing or damaging property, abusive language, threatening behaviour.
Fragrance Free Policy
For health and safety reasons, we discourage anyone coming to the clinic to wear anything that is scented as it could result in various health symptoms for others. We are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe space for everyone.
Animals In-Clinic
For health and safety reasons, only animals that are fully trained guide/hearing/service animals may enter the clinic premises.
