After Hours: If you a family practice patient and have medical concerns after hours, you can call the Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS). The THAS provides telephone access to a nurse, who can give some basic health advise, or advise you where is the best option to receive care after hours. THAS nurses will notify your physician of your call and the details of the discuss and their recommendation. The THAS nurse is available from 5pm to 9am Monday to Thursday, and all weekend from 5pm Friday to 9am Monday (as well as 24 hours a day on any holidays). If you need to see an MD outside of our hours of operation, our clinic is affiliated with the Centenary After Hours clinic. They are open Monday to Friday from 5:00-8:30 pm and on weekends and holidays from 10 am to 8:30 pm. They are open 365 days a year. Centenary After Hours Clinic is located at Neilson and Ellesmere Road. Their phone number is 416-286-3131. This clinic is located on the ground floor at Centenary Hospital.
We do not currently have any physicians accepting new patients. Please come see our walk in physician for any medical concerns if you don't have a regular family physician.
Sexual health clinic! Dr. Emily Cheung will be doing a sexual health clinic at Eglinton Station Medical Centre. If you need STI testing, pap tests, IUD's, or just counselling around sexual health issues, feel free to call or email to set up an appointment with her.
